How To Host A District Meeting

First, thank you for being interested in hosting a meeting! Every first Sunday of the month, the District 3B group meets, and we are always in need of a hosted space. It is incredibly helpful for GSRs and others to volunteer to help with the planning and covering costs.

Below are the ways different locations can be notified to host a meeting along with the most recent costs that we’re aware of.

In general, if you host a meeting, your group (or multiple groups from that location) are asked to split the cost of the meeting space, and all donations collected from the District 3B meeting are then passed along to the host(s).
